Have you ever gone to use your Coco Kaboo Pawfume and found that it's gone hard?
It's all okay. You have no reason to have to throw it out. The main carrier oil in product is coconut oil. This is a very common experience and has nothing to do with the quality of the oil. The development of coconut oil “grains” or crystals is determined by the melting point of the oil and the environment in which it is stored.
The melting point of coconut oil is generally quoted as being 24 C. If the temperature is above 24 C, the oil will be liquid. If the temperature is below 24 C, it will become solid. This is really a generalisation but gives you a general idea.
There is nothing wrong with the oil. It is still as healthy as ever.
If you want your coconut oil to be liquid, fill a cup with hot water (hot tap water is fine) and then just set your bottle of Coco Kaboo in the water until it melts.
WARNING
Please obviously be careful because you are using hot water. The 2nd (and most important thing). Keep and eye on it and watch it while it melts. It won't take long at all. Then of course TEST IT. You don't want to put anything on your furbaby that is too hot. I would general suggest leaving it for a further 5mins once it has melted to make sure it has cooled down. However, of course, the time you have to leave it will be based on the amount of time you left it to heat it up.
